Turmeric
Turmeric is an herbaceous perennial plant that grows up to 1 meter tall with many branches with yellow to orange, cylindrical, aromatic rhizomes. The main ingredient contain in turmeric is Curcumin. Curcumin, along with the other curcuminoid compounds are hailed for helping a host of health conditions.
