Ginger
Ginger (Zingibe rofficinale Rosc.) is an herbaceous perennial belonging to the Zingiberaceae family. Ginger is rich in amino acids, selenium, and antioxidants like tannins, anthocyanins, and flavonoids.

Ginger grows well in warm and humid climate and is cultivated from sea level to an altitude of 1500 m above sea level.

Our ginger is grown under organic conditions by the farmers under our company supervision in the Southern Bhutan.
