The Kalpa Taru is a registered company under the Ministry of Economy and Trade, government of Bhutan. Additionally, our company is licensed under the Trade and Industry Department of Bhutan as an international exporter from Bhutan.

Our company is based in the Kingdom of Bhutan, right in the middle of the wild nature of Himalayan mountains. Our location gives us access to unique and 100% organic and naturally grown products which all have numerous health benefits.

We mainly export some exotic mushroom which is only available in Himalayan countries: Bhutan, Nepal, Northern India and Tibet (China). One of those most exotic mushrooms is called Cordyceps Sinensis which we branded as the "Golden Mushroom". The Cordyceps Sinensis is grown in wild above 4000m in Himalayan mountains. Other exotic mushrooms are known as Matsutake and Reishi (Lingzhi) which are also grown only in wild.

The benefits of the wild medicinal mushroom are incomparably higher than those of the
cultivated one, which makes us confident to deliver truly unique products.

We also do export numbers of selected raw and processed food materials which are locally grown only in Bhutan such as ginger, turmeric, Sichuan pepper, dried chilli, mistletoe tea, and few types of local red rice which are unique products of Bhutan.
